Weight Chart

Use this handy weight chart to get an estimate of how much you should weigh.

Simply find your height while wearing normal shoes with 1" heels. Follow it across to your skeletal frame size.

   

How to determine body frame size:

1. Extend your right arm in front and bend the forearm up to form a 90° angle.

2. Place thumb and index finger of the opposite hand on the two prominent bones on either side of the elbow.

3. Keep fingers straight. Measure the space between the fingers with a ruler. Measure to the nearest 1/8 inch.

4. Compare your measurement to the table on the next page to determine your body frame size. If you fit within the range, you have a medium frame.

Measurements lower than those listed indicate a small frame. Measurements higher than listed indicate a large frame.
